Zero-Defects Laser Processing.

Lasereliance utilizes an automated vision system for accuracy to .0001". This self-optimizing system uses pixel data and "fuzzy logic" to set parameters. This makes even the weakest edges stand out.

To meet our ‘zero defects’ quality objective, we strictly adhere to our stringent internal system, which outlines the appropriate procedures --- from order entry to packaging and shipping --- to ensure that your product receives the attention and quality it deserves.

We start with quality, inspected materials. At the time of set-up, each job must pass a first-article inspection in which every dimension is checked, verified, and documented. Periodic in-process inspections are taken with vernier calipers, microscopes, pin gauges, optical comparitors and our advanced automated vision system. Even our packaging and shipping systems are rigidly monitored.

In addition, our technicians use Statistical Process Control and CpK studies, when required, to ensure that all jobs are run as deviation-free as possible. Computer generated printouts of this data are always available to the customer.

As part of our commitment to providing high-quality laser services, we also use Reli-Cote™ as a protective coating on ceramic materials prior to lasering.
